(February 25, 2019, 4:58 pm)I've been training here since I was 17 years old. I took some time off to focus on my schooling once I went to University. Once I finished, I decided to join again because of how friendly and great my experience was. Seven years later, my experience is the same! The staff is great, I am greeted right when I walk in the door and the trainers are awesome and always keep me motivated. Keep up the good work!!
(February 22, 2019, 1:59 pm)I have been training at integrity fitness for 3 years now and it’s the most consistent I have ever been! The classes are a perfect length to get a full body workout in the midst of a very busy schedule. The staff are so friendly and encouraging. You can go at your own pace so it’s great for every level of training. It is also extremely clean which is very important to me! I highly recommend!!! ????????

It's been an effective routine that I've always been successful with, whatever my needs require, weight loss or maintenance. The staff is wonderful, very accommodating. The trainers are professionals willing to help you in any way possible.

The space itself is spotless and cleanliness is emphasized. The friendliness and knowledge of the Trainers is unparalleled. I would encourage anyone to sign up for a free trial class and give it a try. You’ll love it!!
