  Fantastic shopping experience! Damon went through all the important considerations for my purchase. I like that microscopes are set up for staff and customers to look at the diamonds and I certainly appreciate the exceptional level of customer service. Fola and Charley are also very knowledgeable and helped to make my experience a very pleasant one.

  It's a fun shopping experience. The ring will choose you, not the other way around.
  I've had good experiences shopping here that end in a bad experience at the payment stage, once in the distant past and once recently. The store director followed up with me after posting my initial review right away and I may have got a deserving employee in trouble. He assures me the store is clearing out the ghosts of the past. With the billing issue resolved, I'm still waiting for my rings, which I sent back due to an obvious flaw in the soldering.

  The Store Director Mir was and continues to be amazing. I walked in with 20 mins to spare so my fiance girlfriend did not know what I was doing. Not only educated me on the Diamond process and the history but managed teach me all about the different in diamonds. Needless to say due to Mir's amazing service I bought a ring. Spence for the win!!!

  I was helped by Nick at the Vaughn location. Very knowledgeable with all of my concerns, he helped me pick out a stunning engagement ring that my fiancé is crazy about. I highly recommend Spence now because of the great experience I had.

  The staff here were extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful. There were no pressure tactics, no corny sales pitches, and no pushing sales people following me around. Damon took his time and educated me on the process of choosing the right diamond for my particular occasion, and left me to select the style and arrangement of my choice and budget. A very pleasurable experience indeed. If you're looking for a diamond, Spence is the place I'd recommend.
