I attended a Monday night ceilidh here (Gordon Belsher). The show was great, good mix of different genres, and entertaining commentary from the musicians. The show was well-run and the building didn't get hot and stuffy even though it was packed. The seats were padded folding chairs that were more comfortable than I expected them to be. They sold nice ice cream with blueberry sauce at intermission.
I recommend buying your tickets in advance, as they often sell out before doors open. If you pay at the door, it is cash only.
We saw a Ceilidh here by Leon Gallant. It was a ton of fun! Great hall. Great Celtic music experience!
Charming local venue. We attended a ceilidh that goes on Monday nights and it was fantastic. They sold blueberry ice cream during intermission which was delicious as well. Very talented musicians. Would highly recommend.
Went to a ceilidh and had a wonderful time! A bit warm and definitely wanted to dance more. It’s more of a sit down show. Very talented musicians!! Loved it!
We had an amazing time, watching some extremely talented musicians play some of the local music. The hall is used for different groups. The group that we saw had it set up like a stage with an audience, so no room for mingling. The funds raised paid for the musicians, as well as the women's auxiliary group, which does work in the community.
