Charlottetown Airport

Pleasant, fast, organized, with great people through security; at the gates and on the tarmac
But be warned: if you're hoping for a quick bite in the restaurant, add an extra 1 hour to your pre-boarding time. These people must have hatched the eggs and baked the bread, and aged the cheese!

Logistically excellent small airport. Very well staffed security check. Rental car kiosks inside the main hall. Everything you need to come and go from PEI quickly and smoothly.

The airport is small and flights are limited but it’s quick to get through. There is a nice cafe to get a drink or snack at within security. You will be walking outside and up a jetway to get on the plane.
Rental car desks are conveniently within the building but you will be walking a short distance outside to the car.
Due to limited flights in and out, when I landed at midnight, there seemed to be limited taxi service for the full flight.

Very cute airport. 🙊 The only thing is, I don’t think they have enough staff.

There’s only 1 in the arrival that I’ve seen during this day. So when some luggages went missing it took us quite a while to be accommodated.
