Modo Yoga Charlottetown

What is there to do at 6:30am in Charlottetown? Why take a hot yoga class at Modo Yoga!

Such a lovely way to start my morning and grateful you can rent a yoga mat/towel because I’m not at that yogi level where I bring my own yoga props on vacation!

Amber is the best instructor, and she's the only reason I joined. She programs each type of class very well. She has the best playlists! Her class is very well-programmed, and each exercise session is matched with a song that keeps our movement in a rhythm. It's hard to find an instructor who can program classes this well.

I’ve been all over doing Modo for years… love the time of classes love the different energy of the teachers. Some of choices of music NOT my taste when doing yoga but that’s part of yoga block out what is not for you… room could be hotter… showers have black mould in them … BUT the classes are great … I though Modo series did not have exalted warrior in it?? Once again 5 star because 95% is perfect just giving some feedback to owner!!! Thanks so much for great classes.

Great place to practice. Professional and experienced staff. Have all of the social distancing protocols enforced to have a perfect balance of safety and freedom.
