This is absoulutely the BEST pharmacy is Charlottetown!
The customer service is AMAZING!!
This is one of the stores in Charlottetown that still offers that Old Fashion Customer Services Feeling.
Every time I enter I am greeted with a warm greeting and superb customer service, leaving with pleasant shopping experience.
The Pharmacy staff is always willing to offer information with new prescriptions and are willing to go that extra mile!!
I would recommend the East Royalty, Murphys Pharmacy to anyone!
Going to the Pharmacy should not be a hassle or an unwanted task and since I switched to this Murphys location I have had zero negative experiences.

Came for a long weekend stay and forgot our medications at home in Nova Scotia. Ran down to the East Royalty Pharmacy and the fantastic pharmacist made arrangements to have our prescriptions sent to her so she could fill them even when our own Guardian Pharmacy at home was giving her a very hard time about it. We were concerned they simply were not going to send them, but she assured us she would take care of it all. She also had a great chat with my husband about side effects he was having with some of his meds and made recommendations to him to help with some issues. That was the most info we have ever gotten regarding his meds.... You are very lucky to have such a caring person working for you!
