Christine and Tracey have been most kind in their efforts to help me find a new home. I greatly appreciate their ability to listen and understand how hard it is sometimes for their clients to find a place that suits their individual needs .

Enjoy are new apartment. Will be here in a few months 1 year.
Everyone one in their roles have great costumer service and always been very courteous to myself .Always have a smile on their faces and greet you when you enter their office.
Very understanding people in all areas.
If something needs done it's done .
Everyone is very down to earth and everyone should know they give 100 percent.

I looked at the reviews and i was shocked!!!
I don’t know why you people say such bad things based on one single moment of interaction:

i live,currently, in one of their building for 5 years soon and the experiences that we had were super good, very responsive, careful with my needs, ALWAYS.
They are very honest people and honesty, a lot of times ,bother people.
It is better to know from the beginning what to expect.
They may not be the most gentle persons when the have something to say, but ,for sure they are honest!
I think i have enough time living here to have a fair opinion!!( as i said, soon 5 years, in the same place)
And boy.... they do take care of their buildings!

i, also, brought friends and they are as happy as we are!

To bad for those reviews!!!
