I was dealing with Superior Propane and ran into issues over propane deliveries several times with them, had to call their contact number, which is an endless dial 1 if, 4 if that....finally reached someone for an urgent delivery, that was supposed to pass the message, called back the next day at 10:00, message had NOT been passed, they were going to charge me $250 to TRY to fit me in their schedule. This was the 3rd time they gave me the running around so I call Mike at Kenmac and he was able to fit me in that day. By noon, I had both tanks replaced and filled!
Thank you for Kenmac and Mike for having great service. you will actually reach someone at the other end of the phone right away. Mike went out of his way to accommodate me in a difficult situation.
