He saw my purchase through from beginning to end, from helping me calculate how much I would need, to helping me load up my trailer and see me on my way. He deserves a raise! And a promotion! Excellent customer service. Also hats off to the two young lads who did the grunt work of loading each piece. Very obliging and pleasant to deal with. Great experience all around!
(January 11, 2021, 10:50 pm)I had a bit of a run-around there today. A simple purchase resulted in a waste of time in the lumber yard. They seemed a bit unorganized. I did get the item I wanted and the price was reasonable.
