Although their project managers were booked up for awhile ahead, Gilbert made himself time to come out and assess our mould problem in the basement. He could have told us that we needed an expensive clean up for it, but reassured us that it was a mild infestation and not severe enough to warrant their experts coming in; something we could handle ourselves. We so appreciated him taking time for us out of his busy day to put our minds at ease. He gave us some good, practical advice on how to handle it. I highly recommend Gilbert and his company- very ethical and kind. In addition to being honest and trustworthy, he really seems to care about people and that is worth a lot these days! Thank you Gilbert!
