Icy Scoops is a hidden treasure. When in Charlottetown ,great place for lunch and ice cream treat. Wonderful atmosphere. A must do.

Strawberry and rhubarb sundae was delicious. Local fruit, creamy soft-serve, whipped cream and peanuts. Yum! Glad we stopped by!

Amazing and quaint! Whistle dog and Sunday! Endless toppings to choose from wrapped in welcoming Maritime hospitality. An experience to remember! Oh and the cute puppy! Will be back to this little gem!

Had an amazing experience. Quality whistle dogs with a wide verity of toppings to chose from. Ice cream is fantastic. Will be returning without a doubt!

If you haven’t been there yet do not walk.. RUN! The hot dogs are out of this world and so is the ice cream! Amazing service, I highly recommend! They now have a new loyal customer!
