Water Tight Plumbing & Heating

This company is top notch! Watertight has been doing our plumbing work since 2007 and we have NEVER had a problem. For many years we owned a ten cottage rental business and when there was a problem, they came immediately. Today they came to the house to install a new toilet and fix a kitchen tap. The work was done quickly and neatly even though I bothered them with a million questions. I now know so much about how things work in our house such as the Venmar air exchanger system and the geothermal unit which heats the house. I highly recommend this company. Their workers know their stuff!!

Our furnace of 27 years overheated and burst the infloor pipe. It was very cold so we needed to have our furnace on to keep our pipes from freezing. We called Watertight they arrived shortly after we called them. They see hear until about 1am to fix our old furnace. We had a new furnace installed a few weeks later. They saw the urgency of our situation and were there when we needed them. This happened three years ago
I would definitely contact them again.

1st time I called them, I had immediate service. 2nd time I called them, they declined to provide service. 3rd time I called, I was Declined service, but this time they did provide the number of another plumbing service, which was Jay's Plumbing. Jay was very fast to call back and was in our home the next morning at 7:am. His service was wonderful and left us very impressed. We will call Jay again. Oh ! and Jay is Red Seal Certified!!

I’ve dealt with Watertight twice- once to install a UV light for my water and another time, yesterday, to check issues I was having with flooding in my bathrooms. Both times I’ve been treated really well and professionally. The guys who come out to do the work are really great to deal with and do an awesome job and explain things.
