Wanted to give a hugeee shout out to Moria McIntrye of Royal LePage Realty. Earlier this year we started the process of selling my mother's house when we found out she had breast cancer. We moved her across Canada to live with us in Saskatchewan and had to do a lot of the sale process from SK, with a 3 hour time difference. Not only did Moria guide us through our first time selling a home, she cared so deeply about Mom's health and getting the sale off our plate so we could focus on caring for her. She worked tirelessly, through ever up, down, twist and turn as we navigated selling my parents home. She also had amazing connections with a fantastic lawyer, Katie from Cox and Palmer (shout out to Helen at Cox and Palmer as well!). Katie helped us after hours on so many occassions because of the time difference or time constraints on the offers we received, it was so appreciated. Overall, Moria was an absolute gem to work with and she put her whole heart into a sale that was difficult and complicated, so we could focus on my Mom. Highly recommend her. Thanks again Moria!
