Centennial Auto Sport & Tire

I had to come here and write a Google review for all the guys at Centennial Charlottetown. I rode my Ducati to Charlottetown, by myself (*yay!) but hit some trouble with my bike. At first I thought it was just a minor dead battery problem. Within the day, the team at Centennial had a new battery in and replaced for a super reasonable price. I thought I was on my way for 3 days of riding around the island. NOPE. My bike had other plans. Turns out, the recifier went. Now, though Centennial is not a Ducati dealership, they truly went out of their way to help a fellow biker out. They held onto my bike, helped me secure a rental car at their CarStars location, and I waited out a part arrival (that I ordered) and they said they would install it. At least I had the rental car to tour around and eat at my favourite places and go to the best beaches (Thunder Cove was the best!). After a long weekend and busy rush, they prioritized my bike and had the rectifier in - and sadly the bike gods were against me AGAIN and the key immobilizer went on the bike. My only recourse was to get to a Ducati authorized dealer in Moncton!!! The shop allowed Gavin to drive me out to the bridge, bike in tow, where Rallye Motorsports Moncton came to pick me up. I cannot say enough about how well they treated me through this ordeal. And it WAS AN ORDEAL with tears and all. It's hard enough being a woman rider, alone, and so far away from home... and they did not at all make me feel like a stupid woman with bike problems the way some shops do. They really didn't have to do any of this. Saying thank you, and writing this review does not feel near enough to promote the great service they provided at minimal cost. I will forever be greatful for what they did for me. And I just want everyone to know. Special thanks to Gavin, for taking my daily calls, pleas for help, tears and hysterical laughing without judgement. And the shop head mechanic, who I am sorry I forgot his name!! (it was a stressful week), who went above and beyond as well. I don't even know how to end this review... really, just THANK YOU SO VERY VERY VERY MUCH

I went in to buy some motorcycle gear and Jeff assisted me on two occasions. I had lots of questions and he was super helpful! As a female in a male-dominated sport, over the years I’ve had some experiences of salesmen being condescending or just trying to upsell me with everything and Jeff was the opposite. He was knowledgeable and genuinely wanted me to find the best products for myself. Being new to the Island, he also just gave me some general bike advice. I highly recommend you seek him out if you go in! The store in general also has the best selection of gear in Charlottetown.

They were great to get along with .. willing to work with you and very quick on response . I definitely recommend dealing with them all

While vacationing on PEI from NB. I decided to visit the Charlottetown centennial ATV dealer… what a Great dealer with awesome customer service. Gavin “service manager” he was awesome and great to deal with. He ended up selling me tons of accessories for my Honda Rubicon at a great price. I Will definitely be back!!! Thanks!!! ( all the staff seemed great )

Bigs thanks to the whole team there in Summerside Centennial Auto Sport & Tire. Very knowledgeable staff and extremely efficient. Apply one day, ride the next. Everyone and myself are really enjoying my new 2022 honda NAVi 110. Definitely the perfect bike for new riders looking to learn and getting into riding!!
