(August 13, 2023, 3:01 pm)Recommended. Clyde River is a wonderful golf course. I disagree with a number of negative comments made. We played the course after a day of torrential rain. Not surprisingly, it was a bit damp in some places, but the course was in excellent condition. The course is well maintained, forgiving, wide open fairways, and is suitable for all levels of golfers. We are bogey golfers (at best !)At a $60 green fee (with cart) it is not Pebble Beach, but it is a great course. The only flaw (or needing TLC) were the sand traps - which were overgrown and absent of sand - but you’re not supposed to put your ball in the sand trap anyway LOL ! We enjoyed it, and look forward to playing it again.
(August 15, 2022, 6:43 pm)Great gold course. I haven't been back to Clyde River for over 10 years. A nice course in good shape, well maintained and scenic. Always loved that island green (green surround by water).
