I purchased my heat pump from another Island company. When I was recently having issues with it on a Saturday, I could not reach this company, and I learned do that they do not have emergency or weekend service. Nobody was even available on the phone. Then I saw that Blaine offered 24-hour availability so I phoned him. And this was about 6pm on Saturday. He was very polite and patient and walked me through the process to getting my heat pump working again. Thank you, Blaine! I will be referring you to anyone who needs a heat pump from here on in.

Blaine has been phenomenal to work with. Great recommendations on pumps, fast and clean installs, and nice placement—he focuses on putting the pumps in protected, out of the way locations. He’s knowledgeable about the PEI Efficiency program and very responsive—pumps were installed within days of contacting him. We recently had a mini split, heat pump installed in our cottage by Blaine at Ocean's Edge, on the recommendation of a friend. Blaine is a refrigeration expert, unlike most installers, so we felt completely confident in his expertise. The whole process was very professional and prompt - from the first visit to give an estimate to a week later to do the installation. After the set up, Blaine took the time to guide us carefully and clearly on how to best use the heat pump. Now that we have had it for a week, we are thrilled!
