East Coast Float

After a mix up on some XR rails I ordered from East Coast Float they went above and beyond to make it right! Wow, this was a smaller order and the owner emailed me and apologized, but more importantly made me feel that my “Float” was maintained!!! Thank you and you now have a customer who’s coming to you for my PEV toys.

Order never filled. Called after 2 weeks, and stated they would send on that day. Never sent. Called again and blamed on hurricane. Hurricane was 2 weeks after order placed. There was never any follow up on order status. Gave 3 stars due to quick refund with no fuss..

Great outfit to deal with, they are very friendly, knowledgeable, passionate and helpful! Will be purchasing more boards through them. Being able to demo a board was the tipping point that made me pull the trigger on my GT! The board is a beast!👌🏼
