Eureka Garlic

I had the pleasure of stopping into Eureka Garlic last week. I had such a lovely and informative chat with Al..what a great guy! I had never heard of black garlic but...I just had to try garlic that had been baked for 23 days!! I'm glad I did because it's SO GOOD!!! The eating garlic is great and they have seed garlic too! It's one of those places that you just need to check out!!

Today I had the pleasure of learning so much about garlic and how to grow it from Amie of Eurêka. She is knowledgeable, friendly, engaging and a very enthusiastic teacher. She is a garlic guru and she got me very excited about planting my own garlic. She is the go to garlic authority on PEI absolutely!!! Eureka ships garlic throughout Canada. I now have a garlic source! Strongly suggest visiting Eureka for a delight filled time. Well worth it. I also got a great tour of the operation. Thank you Amie.

I was pleasantly surprised to find many garlic products for sale here. Interesting stuff. I look forward to trying each one that I acquired.
