EDIT: My one-star review from February 2020 is below this one, but I wanted to update this with my second Loomis experience. When I saw that an online shopping delivery was being fulfilled by Loomis, I was expecting another long struggle, and was pleased to be proven wrong. I received my delivery on time, and the worker was even kind enough to carry my very heavy package across my parking lot - we just got new pavement yesterday so driving wasn't possible. THANK YOU!! This experience was five stars, so I'll change my rating to three stars overall.
Original review: I have been waiting over a week since my parcel's "expected arrival date", calling in to the customer service center literally every day to try and see why the company "cannot locate" me. I have left with the customer service center explicit directions, my building's colour, my floor number, business names located around my apartment, the intersections closest to me, left a digital signature for the driver to just drop it at the door and even left them my telephone number to give to the driver. Still nothing after ten days of these calls. This is a university textbook I ordered and I need it for the class! I guess I'll have to call the textbook manufacturer and tell them to find a different shipping company so others don't go through this.
