Very charming home away from home!

Great property and fantastic host. Billy was extremely responsive and helpful before and during our stay. Property is as pictured and very comfortable for our 3 couple and 3 children Group. It’s quite secluded and about 15-20
Mom drive from town and amenities so stock up...but Montague has most everything a group could need. 3 huge bedrooms and each had its own bathroom so we were quite comfortable space wise. The house didn’t have air conditioning and this week was extremely hot so the sleeping wasn’t as good as it could’ve been in that respect. The house is fully furnished with everything we needed except some spices. Dishwasher, washer, dryer, WiFi, plenty of pots, pans and dishes. The yard is massive with a beautiful bay view deck but as a result also quite a lot of brush meaning bugs in late evening. The water is accessible via a short walk through the woods but the beach is only available during low tide and more just for clam digging. A canoe is available for some wonderful time on the relatively calm water.But Panmura beach is only 5 min drive and was beautiful and likely under used by people going to the more touristy places....yet it was one of the best beaches we came across in 10 days. Overall, this was a great place to stay and the host was very accommodating. If you want to stay on the East end of the island, we would highly recommend staying here for a very quiet retreat.
