For the last 3 years my husband and I have been buying from east coast exotics. We love your company and both Rachel and Jason are just fantastic to work with. We have to move to Ontario and will now need to find a new bug source. We want to thank you, for your high quality feeders and for your amazing customer service, we know that with your feeders we never needed to worry about quility, and your superworms started my now thriving beetle farm! Thank you for everything, we have always recommended you to every person on Facebook or in person who asked for feeders on the east coast and will continue to do so in the future!

Where else can you get organic feed for your pet and have it delivered? This is white glove service for reptilian and other small pet owners. Had this business not stayed working throughout Covid19 lockdowns and mandates, I fear many pets would have been lost. Kudos to these folks and I hope their business continues to grow and thrive.

For a small business and the owner working a full time job as well as running this service they do AMAZING at communicating to you about your order and answering any questions. They even were able to text me which makes things so much easier for me! I currently have a snake and feeder delivery on the way from them to me here in Nova Scotia Halifax and they have had my snakes held with them for a week (they don’t sell reptiles but they ship them for a select few companies) and have fed them, given me updates/photos and anytime I check in I get a response right away regardless of how busy they are busy with their business and full time job. This company is absolutely amazing and I will be using them again in the future. Their feeders (bugs etc) are of GREAT quality and the variety of sizes they have for each feeder is amazing. Since I’ve discovered this company I no longer have to search for small crickets for my squirrel tree frogs or look for large worms for my skink. They have it all! Even bioactive supplies and so much more.

It's clear that they take a lot of pride and care into their work; the feeder rats are of the highest quality and look very healthy and undamaged. Pricing is amazingly reasonable, and they can deliver directly to your door. They are also very quick to reply if you have any questions, concerns or requests, and very friendly to deal with! Absolutely recommend them :)

Jason and Rachel are awesome. Their animals are well taken care of, they have a clean facility, and you can tell they care about their animals. East Coast Exotics came highly recommended by everyone I have talked to on the Island about finding the best place to get feeders for our reptiles. It's also nice cutting out the middle man and going straight to the source. It's a family business so it's nice to buy from the little guy and the prices he has are hard to beat.

They also carry EVERY stage of rats for frozen feeders. We have a baby boa and we were having issues trying to find fuzzy rats and up for him. Every single pet store we went to in NB, and NS do not carry fuzzies - weans for rats; they just carry mice for those sizes. Being able to get the rats in those sizes was a big stress relief.

They also have very nice pet rats. We picked up a couple rats for our pet rat breeding program and are extremely happy with the rats we received. They have good temperaments, and they are healthy, and will make a great addition to our program.
