Links At Crowbush Cove

this is one of the renowned golf courses in canada, previously making it on the top 10 list, and located just 25minutes from charlottetown, PEI. i seem to remember more trees on the course from when i played years ago ,and indeed, on discussion with some of the longstanding members, hurricane fiona took out a lot of the trees on the course, making it really open now and much more in the links style of play. the greens are highly countoured and challenging, and despite the heavy rains the days preceding the round, the ground was in pretty good shape. there is challenging use of water and the views on the water are very nice. value for money is moderate. would return.

This has been a bucket list golf course for me to play within Canada and I’m so glad I finally did! Beautiful scenery all around the course, the fairways and roughs were well manicured and even though it rained a lot this week the course was surprisingly not flooded anywhere on the actually play areas. Some areas had pooling, but they were all drain discharge areas, so not really an in play factor. Overall a really amazing course and breathtaking views. My only negative comment would be I was a little surprised the greens weren’t a bit better for how nice the rest of the course and facilities were it seemed a little odd that the greens weren’t as well kept.

Best golf course in Eastern after Cabot in NS.

The weekly special through PEI Golf Finest is great value for people staying 1-2 weeks. You can play unlimited golf for a full week at a price of ~$600 with taxes.

Wonderful course, very challenging for the novice golfer. Great views on most holes, some spectacular. Good putting green and range stocked with balls. Found it a bit petty that they charge $28 for a non-playing walker to accompany the group. On top of that, during the round, the marshall claimed that he had seen 5 players in our group playing, which was completely untrue. Our group had 2 walkers, and at no time did either swing a club. They did perform some caddy duties such as raking bunkers and tending pins. Very unprofessional and it partially spoiled what would have been a perfect day on the course.

While on a two-week vacation to Eastern Canada with my wife, I decided to play one game of golf - and I chose the right place! A friend who grew up in the area recommended it. The course was amazing! Having golfed seaside links course on the US West Coast, I expected more open sea views than it has. But due to the nature of the sand dunes and seashore, about half the course is inland and half with some interaction with sea views. The course plays fair for an average golfer and was in amazing condition. I rented clubs and they were excellent Callaways. A great experience!
