(October 4, 2023, 4:44 pm)Had a wonderful stay here at the historical Bishops Rest. Located off of the confederation trail. Beautifully located and renovated! Room was spacious with an en-suite. Ben prepared supper for us which was exceptional!
Sarah and Ben are lovely hosts and if you have a chance to stay here you will not be disappointed! -

It was one of the best meals I’ve enjoyed in a very long time. The hospitality was also second to none. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

(June 15, 2023, 1:11 am)We stayed in the Master bedroom about 7 days ago. The house and bedroom where very nice and clean.
The bedroom was large with a king size bed (might be a California king) and a large ensuite. The shower had two rain heads and 4 body jets. There was plenty of storage in the bedroom if you are staying for multiple nights.
When staying there they will offer to cook supper (for a very reasonable price) and I highly recommend you accept. For supper there are a few different choices. The meal was fantastic. Since they are located in the country it was nice to have the option of eating supper there.
Breakfast was continental which worked well so we could eat at our own schedule. There are many choices so nobody should leave hungry.
They are located in the country so it is very quiet. The Confederation Trail is located very close to their property which makes it ideal for any bikers or hikers using the trail.
Sarah and Ben are very busy with work and kids but somehow find the time to run a great Bed and Breakfast.

(June 10, 2023, 9:43 pm)Cannot say enough great things about this place! The rooms were lovely, dinner and breakfast were both great - they even had a very good selection of local beer!
Our room was very comfortable and quiet. If ask about their dogs, they will let you pet them sometimes!
Highly recommended!
