Red Sands Internet

I have been with Red Sands for some time now. I am still very pleased with their internet service. Red Sands worse day (if they had a bad day service wise) is better than Bells best day. I recently upgraded my router . Luke came and set it up for me .A very kind professional guy. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RED SANDS .

We have been with Red Sands internet for several years now and we couldn’t be happier with the speeds and with the service we receive. We rarely, if ever, experience any buffering when we stream movies and use other wifi devices in our house at the same time. Chris and LoriAnn are always very responsive when we have a question or an issue.
I recently had an issue with a new mesh router I was installing and needed help. When Luke, the technician, called to find out my issue, he asked what would be a good time for him to come and check it out.That’s in stark contrast to our previous provider who would say “we will be there next Tuesday between 8am and 5pm!
We have recently checked our speeds when streaming movies and they are usually over 70 mbs. That’s more than enough to stream and use other internet and wifi devices at the same time.
Other big name ISP representatives have been around, offering us some attractive deals to sign up with them. We have consistently told them we will never go back, no matter how good the deal, as long as we continue to have the great personalized service we experience with RSI. It’s a “no brainer” for us. Thank you RSI!

Switched from the other fixed wireless provider....what a difference. 2 main improvements...1. Speeds and bandwidth is as advertised, or better and consistent. No drops or slowdown. And 2. Customer service is awesome. Ask a question, request information, clarify a bill.....all responses are fast, and accurate. The service was down for a couple weeks after Fiona, and Chris kept me informed of progress to restore ( lost a few towers) and then credited a full month of service. This is the best isp experience I have ever had, including in Ontario with the big guys.

Highly recommend Red Sands internet, Chris really stands behind his service, I had an issue with my antenna/cable a while ago and that very same evening he was there in person to fix it! The speeds are great, service is fantastic and you are supporting a small local guy that literally build this company from the ground up! (And paying less then the big guys)

10/5 (why does this only go to 5?). 100/5, even. Seriously, it can't go high enough. Red Sands is far above and beyond what every other ISP I've ever experienced, ever! Speeds are great! The service is spectacular! Communication flows easily between company and customers, so as a customer, you're never left wondering, like with so many other corporations. This is a company that truly appreciates and cares for their customers.
