Julio's Seafood Market

Our favorite shop on PEI to purchase fresh and frozen local seafood. Fresh salmon, haddock, tuna, mussels, scallops, oysters, and lobsters are all available when in season. They also sell custom spice blends, Maritime Madness hot sauces, pei potatoes, frozen fish cakes, french fries, blueberries, and more. The customer service is fantastic, and Julio is friendly and warm.

Go here for the best PEI seafood and enjoy Julio’s expert advice. We ate mouth-watering scallops one night and returned a couple days later for a scrumptious tuna steak. For our last night in St. Peters, we joined Julio at his Oyster Bar and tasted 6 oysters all from different parts of the island. My favourite was Fortune Bay.

This place is clearly amazing.
The fish you can get here is from the bay you see in front of you.
They are super friendly and ready to help.
Don't forget to go also to the oysters bar. Julio has oysters from many places of Prince Edward Island. Every little bay gives an other taste. You can get many order sizes from little dishes to large packets for a picnic.
My experience there was educating and full of humour. I really loved it.

Great source for fresh seafood while staying in the St Peter's and Morell area. We picked up some mussels, scallops, haddock, and cooked lobster on separate visits, and all were fresh every time. If you do want cooked lobster call ahead if he has any and he will set some aside. He also has a selection of frozen seafood items, but I was only interested in the fresh seafood.
