I was lucky enough to OJT here for college. Amazing staff, taken very good care of growing genetically superior salmon with the plans to feed the world. Starting with America and Brazil(🤦pretty sad a company has to go to the FDA to feed Americans because Canadians would sooner starve then eat a fish that grew in a tank) 🙄boil live lobster in a pot and cry about aquariums.
So if you don't want to starve you should help and support the staff and facilities of Aquabounty.
Great people trying to see that people can have food. Break throughs they make here will help starving people setup and run a closed system aquaculture fishery where they are starving and don't have land required for livestock. Best chance at food for a growing population. In my opinion.
As for you GMO nuts, you might want to look into how we raise meat chicken.

Just saw AquaBounty featured on PBS Newshour. They are producing the seafood of the future. Yes, the fish have been genetically modified to grow faster and with less feed than traditional farmed or wild salmon. Given the rapid decline in wild fish stock worldwide, these tank grown fish are the only long term solution to preserve the wild stock and put food on the table.
