Ned's Landing at Spry Point

An absolutely fantastic experience top to bottom. The two-bed suite is spectacular -- beautifully renovated and furnished -- the kitchen and both bathrooms are excellent. The kitchen even has a butler's pantry. Dave (the innkeeper/owner) is an exceptional host. Highly, highly recommend the property.

Stayed there last summer and such a beautiful place. The 2 bedroom apartments are stunning and super clean.
David has everything you could possibly need there for your stay.
We asked about BBQ’s and he had one just outside our door when we got there.
Beautiful views and beaches are so close.
Even watched the foxes play in the yard as we sat on the deck in the mornings and evenings.
The lovely people that work there are great. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating.
Sorry for the late review as I thought I did one right after our trip.
Definitely going to book there again.

My wife and I experienced a very quiet, quaint, stay. A short walk to the beach, a fire pit in the evening, very low light pollution for the stargazers, and a very clean room. David our Inn Keeper was very pleasant, informative, and everything in place for a superb breakfast that came with the stay.

Honestly one of the best stays we've ever had. Dave was incredible. From a tour of the property, an awesome bonfire he set up for us and a full breakfast made and served by him on his own, Dave is the best! Sally's beach is a close walk and so private and beautiful. This place is a must stay! You will not be disappointed!

Could not have been nicer. Our welcoming and knowledgeable host Dave, great staff, stunning room with windows and balcony overlooking the ocean and the sheer beauty of being on a point surrounded by water and steps away from Sally's Beach, by far the loveliest swimming beach we discovered on our PEI travels. Dined here as part of the Fall Flavours Festival during our stay and the chef was able to accommodate our request for vegetarian fare on short notice and prepared an amazing meal, something that another "well known Inn" in this area had no interest in doing!
