Cross Roads Animal Health Centre

I decided to try Crossroads after the last vet clinic I went to fat shamed me and made me feel guilty for declawing our cat (which looking back wasn't the right choice but that is neither here nor there).

I was worried that I might get the same treatment but was oh so pleasantly surprised when instead I received ZERO judgement on both. Instead I felt like my cat was accepted for who he was as he was (he has lost two pounds between the two appointments, which were nearly two years apart, too long but I felt scared to go back).

Options were provided for my cats care, all hassle free and delivered in such a way that there was no pressure.

Services like X-Rays, which could would be costly, were offered but due to our cat's symptoms were told it would not alter the treatment plan. It was so refreshing to be told this, I know this clinic has the best interests of my cat in mind and not out for the money.

My trust has been restored and have found my forever vet!

Cross Roads offers a very unique and comfortable experience. Both of our pups get so excited when we pull into their parking lot. All of the staff members are very knowledgeable and personable. The Vet and Techs take the time to put our dogs at ease, as they offer them lots of attention and treats.

We had such an amazing experience with this vet clinic!
We were visiting from France and we needed a certificat of good health for our little pup to return home with us.. so we contacted and we’re able to get an appointment before our flight home very easily. They were very fourth coming and even gave us the necessary links to double check everything before we even left France for our trip!
Unfortunately our little pup had stomach issues upon arrival … we called them and they gave us everything we needed!
Then the best part… our actually visit for the health check and it was an amazing experience! Everyone was so kind and welcoming.
We will absolutely make them our vet when we visit PEI from now on.
Sad we live so far away 🥺 but hope to see you soon!
