I never usually write reviews, but Kens Auto needs to be recognized for what they do.

I recently had bought a truck and just these past weeks have noticed a grinding sound from my brakes. I had suspected it was my ABS kicking in, but I needed to be sure it wasn't something worse. This sound and feeling was something I hadn't heard before, so I was a bit concerned. I decided to bring it in to Ken just before work, and I explained that I didn't have an appointment but wondered if they could fit me in. The kind Lady at the desk went out back to ask Ken if he was able to take a look. Within seconds Ken came out and greeted me with a smile, he took me for a drive and explained what, and why it was happening. As a young driver I really appreciated the confirmation and the explanation.

And to Ken, I really appreciated your patience and your willingness to take the time to deal with me!

I heard about Kens Auto from a lot of people after I had a few poor experiences at other shops. Kens Auto felt like a family environment, everyone was very kind, and Ken was honest. This will be the only place I will bring my vehicles from now on. 5 Stars!

Super as always! Ken and Nancy go out of their way to get your vehicle fixed up at a fair price. They're prepared to work with you and try a small fix (if that's what you want and you're prepared to go back if it's turns out to not be the solution). But they won't compromise on safety.

Honest, trustworthy, and reasonable. They understand that most people are living on a budget and will do their best to accommodate service to best suit your needs. willing to do repair work 1 repair at a time so its not a massive bill all at once. Ive only had good experiences with Ken's Auto and I wouldn't go anywhere unless i absolutely had to.
