Tirecraft Stratford

We put the people of Quickwrench & Stratford Tirecraft to the ultimate test regarding an issue I had with a Subaru WRX that could be defined as quite complex. Both these garages had the opportunity (and financial cause) to simply reject my engine issue with a "not our problem".
I wish I could convey here, without sounding like a speech, just how honorably these two companies (same ownership, I'm told) handled my issue.
This level of character, especially in such a busy environment, is extremely rare. Time & again, they've had plenty of opportunities to get more $ from relatively vulnerable people in my extended family, from generic cars to luxury imports - yet each time, what's best for the customer was the option. They're as adept at complex engines & transmissions as they are for the basics. They also rush order parts immediately for you, rather than saving shipping costs by adding them to a weekly order. I trust & recommend both these two garages completely.

Lived in PEI ~2 years, this place was walking distance from where I lived. Ask PEI has a few garages that are the favourites, but this place was hassle free with a touch of Aussie

Tirecraft Stratford was very kind to work my vehicle into their day because I am traveling and needed an oil change and tire rotation on short notice. Top notch customer service!
