Very professional staff..very helpful, and honest. They make you feel at ease for something that stresses you. They know their stuff. No stories too!!

An amazing experience. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The car was very clean and well taken care of by staff. This is not a paid comment.

It was a pleasure to deal with Brenda & Brittney at the Summerside location. I had booked a rental car with Discount. When I phoned them after arriving at the airport said they did not have a car for me and they did not know when one would be available. My holiday depended on me having a car so after some research I phoned Praticar. They didn't have a car that day but did have one available 4 days later. I told them I would take it. Within half an hour they phoned me back to say a car had just been returned and I could have it. Yay Brenda & Brittney. You saved my holiday. Discount never did call to say they had a car available.
