(September 4, 2021, 3:07 am)We have been going to Norma's for 10 years. We live in Mississuaga ON but go to PEI every summer and my daughter refuses to have her hair cut anywhere but at Norma's. She is so patience with kids and with my brother who is a double stroke survive.
