I had an excellent Lunch from PEI Roti. The owners are so kind and personable and gave great recommendations on what to eat and where to eat it. Next time I’m in PEI I will definitely come back!
This place is so welcoming and the owners treated me like extended family. The food I ordered was fresh, came in very large portions and was packed with flavor. They customized our dishes and aimed to cater to our palettes. I live an hour away and this is worth the drive. We will be back!
Ordered on Monday the jerk chicken, doubles, and butter chicken. Am in PEI for a vacation, and found this gem online before we started off from home in Ontario. Most people come to PEI for the seafood... I wanted PEI Roti! The many layers of flavours in each of the dishes was so delicious. I have never had lentils that tasted so good, and the jerk chicken, I love it! Thanks for lunch and see you again before we head back home. PS, also had samosas. Yum!
The owners are some of the nicest people I have ever encountered. The food was amazing and you can tell it is made with care and love. Flavored and cooked to perfection. I would be a regular here, if I lived on the Island. Thank you for the wonderful lunch. From your Calgary visitors.
This take out spot has some of the best Jerk chicken and curry plates on the island. Really it's the little things in the food that sets them apart, some spice in the rice, some cilantro here and there, three kinds of tasty chutney on your dish. Plus the owners are super nice folks, and they only collect cash tips to donate to local causes (So no POS tip ask, just an old fashioned. Tip jar with money going to charity.) In today's underflavored and over-tipped world it's nice to get great food and see change go to the community for a change. A+ this is our new take out spot.
