(November 25, 2021, 2:27 pm)I waited for over 9 hours of the hospital would have got 5 stars. I was sick, I was tired, hungry and uncomfortable but the care I received when it came to my turn was amazing. The staff were thorough, kind, over worked but extremely professional. I am from out of province and have an underlying health issue and they took the time to get filled in, make me feel extremely welcomed to the province and treated me accordingly. I have many great specialists in Ontario and not for a second did I doubt the ability of the staff at PCH. I would sit and wait for that care again today if needed. I could never blame the staff for the political challenges they are faced with daily.
