This is my second time using High Valley and twice I'm very satisfied with the service. The lady on the phone is absolutely amazing. She is very friendly, and she was able to fit me in on a day that worked best for me. The plumber that came to my home today was a nice young man who fixed everything I needed fixed and was extremely polite. I had a very negative experience from my last plumbing company (Mr.plumber) not the plumber themselves but their secretary was extremely rude and I had nothing but misery with their service because of her. So a big thank you to the lady on the phone for making this such a better experience for me after such a horrible one.
