Staff is friendly and informative and my goodness, the lobster rolls 🦞 are delicious and fresh! Food for the whole fam-jam!

Perfect place to celebrate a birthday with family. Food was so delicious ,served hot with fast service. Best chowder ever! poutine, burgers and fish and chips were the best- hot and no grease!Milkshakes we’re perfect! we will be back!

We stopped for a late lunch on a Thursday in August. Service was friendly and fast, prices were reasonable, and that was quite possibly the best seafood chowder we've tried in the maritime provinces. It was fresh, flavorful, and full of seafood without too much potato as filler. We would have bought a second bowl, but we filled up on the lobster poutine -- which was a new treat for us, and now we might never be able to go back to traditional versions. It was that good!

It's my favorite food place in Wood Islands. Fish and chips and the chowder bowl are the best in the area.

The location is great: next to the lighthouse and the Ferry to Nova Scotia.

The lobster roll was tasty, with a good amount of meat, not too much mayo, on a toasted bun. Excellent traditional milkshakes. Could not be more convenient for anyone arriving or departing on the Wood Island ferry, but we drove over from Northumberland Provincial Park. Take out only, but there are picnic tables if the weather is good.
