Entrance includes potato peel with a maple sugar dip (delicious) with homemade roll (jadore) and pater with bacon for spread (I hate his dhab but that was good) pea soup and then the buffet has to go is served I took two service of bines it was the best that I had to eat at a sugar shack .. the eggs was normal in small portions cut square, sausages in delicious maple syrup and potato a little bland compare to the peels (there Also had potatoes in the bowls I would like to have more meats than the morsels of beef) The ham was good and there was also a bowl full of salad leaves and a homemade cabbage salad which was good. The pork belly was not the style I prefer, crispy and salty but this detail is perssonel this is not a bad point.
The Dessert, the pudding was excellent there was also small crepes not too big and a choice of small tart (the crust a little too hard for my taste but the filling was delicious) there is also the tire on snow I I could not drip because I had no more room.
The service is good the waitresses are courteous and caring for their guests, there is a small playground for the kids outside (the children present had the pleasure to enjoy). Book early because there are very few spaces unfortunately.
