I bought an amplifier and ordered a capacitor which was taken care of immediately! they always know what they are talking about, if they don't know they will always redirect us to the expert in the matter, always been satisfied with my purchases!
(January 16, 2021, 2:30 pm)My partner and I have been doing business with battery expert in Mont-Laurier for 4 to 5 years. The service is second to none, impeccable. All employees are in a good mood and listen to their customers. Many times they have helped us to find problems with our motorhome, or with other electronic devices. We never felt like we bothered them, and they are always optimistic to help no matter what. Also, employees help us make decisions for certain purchases by explaining product details to help us make our choice; we never had the impression that we were being pressured into buying anything. Such good service gives consumers confidence in the service and sales industry. It is rare these days to find such an honest and impeccable business in its services to the population.
