When our washer broke we considered purchasing a used one off of Kijiji, but my husband found this place and we were sold by the fantastic customer service and warranty. The washer was delivered a few days after we purchased it. We did end up with an issue with the washer and someone came out to fix the problem. It ended up being an issue on our end, so a part was purchased and fixed quickly. We are considering getting another appliance in the near future and will likely get it from Rosco.

A darling company with passionate couple running it. They are dedicated and informative. There is a 3 month warranty but also the capacity to obtain parts and service thereafter if needed. They have accounts with all the major repair companies I know about and that I have used in the past on my own account when needed, which is reassuring! As a Google guide, I search far and wide throughout the land for good retail, food and neat spots. This place is a hidden treasure. Please ask questions! I did, and because of that I am satisfied because I understand the process! An experienced independent contractor does the moving and delivery for them. Because of that, its cost is obviously based on distance. He can Mobily visit and repair for you in the future if something breaks, so please understand that! It's a rare service to find, and keep in mind that these are used appliances! You're saving tons of cash to begin with, so yeah if something breaks, it's normal and cannot be prevented nor foreseen since they're not telepathic--- they obviously have no way of knowing the wear and tear of the prior owner, but do their best to sell you a prime used product, which they HONOUR better than if you were buying new!
