Karaté Sunfuki Lachute

I am so happy to have tried the two free lessons, because I have been doing karate for 4 years now! The courses are very diverse which means that there is always something new to learn! Karate classes have brought me a lot at the academic level, because I have been able to develop better concentration, better memory and even my confidence. The teachers know very well how to transmit their passion through their teaching, there is no doubt about it!
