Le personnel était très courtois et professionnel. L'accompagnement a été exceptionnel et nous avons grandement apprécié leur empathie. Sans aucun doute, un service 5 etoiles.

Very well received, they are very attentive to our fragile emotions. Very accommodating beautiful proposal of choice of coffin and several prices. Several coffin corners customize. Beautiful product lines. The buffet we had was disappointing. The sandwiches are tasteless and we taste the fact in large quantities. Small sausages cocktails warmed. And salad too liquid. I would have liked to have the right to take one of our personalized background for the photo thank you but too expensive.

Our family greatly appreciated the services received at the Grégoire & Desrochers Funeral Center upon the death of our mother. They received us with a lot of understanding, attention, patience, sympathy, and offered very professional services, with possibilities to personalize the whole process. The Victoriaville complex is very well appointed, comfortable and welcoming. A very special thank you to Mr. Vincent Desrochers, who accompanied us from start to finish and was perfect across the board, to Ms. Francine Beauchesne for her presence and availability, and to Mr. Jean-Pierre Grégoire for his consistency and presence in our mourning for several years.
