We always had appointments quickly .... when we managed to speak to someone ... which is very rare. Since it is the online booking system, it is anything. We can not make an appointment. There is never availability. And good luck to successfully speak to someone on the phone. It’s gone to hell getting a rsc with their family doctor. What a pity. We are going to look for the possibility of changing doctors in another clinic.
