Customer for 2 years with you, I called for a motorcycle quote, I got the worst possible service from Ms. Xxx from Promotuel in Victoriaville. She announces the end of her 20 min shift. in advance by telling me that she would call me back on Monday. Plus, more expensive than the competitors who don't have me as a client and they get the job done in 10 minutes on Friday after dear Ms. Xxxx's schedule ends. Ah yes and when I come to see her in person the following Monday I have to make her listen to the message that she left me on my cell the same morning so that she can remember and / or find my file without having it finalized ..... more than 72 hours to have a quote with you when I am already a customer at.
