BMR Avantis - St-Pascal

I find everything that is needed in a hardwood store at good prices. The personel are very efficient and helpfull.

Update: A very kind representative asked me to tell him about the incident below. He was attentive, taking the customer service of his BMR center to heart and wanting to respond to the situation. This is why my rating has just changed and I thank the BMR of Saint Pascal for wanting to improve and for being attentive to its customers.

Previously quoted comment:
A pitiful, lamentable warehouse service. The (warehouse) employees are clearly incompetent, uncourteous and lacking in intelligence. The meaning of their lives is limited to being misfit wastelands, so even an intervention to help them become anything other than useless would not suffice.
No customer service, bordering on insulting and sexist.

Only the reception offers good service, courteous and fast.
