The Maison de la Famille des Basques is a non-profit community organization, which officially saw the light of day in November 2001. The organization really took off in 2004, under the name Ressources Familles des Basques, when the first workshops were started for families. Over time, the resource has continued to develop and offer new services. This is why in 2015, the organization had to relocate to larger and more accessible premises, in order to provide a better service offering. Following community mobilization and the great generosity of the community, the organization was able to acquire a building adapted to its needs and move to its new premises in September 2015. In order to get a makeover, the image of the organization has been recreated, now displaying a new logo and a new name: Maison de la Famille des Basques.
