(January 10, 2020, 1:09 am)The shelves were all empty and the advisers more behind the counter than on the floor to meet customers. In the past, customer service was much better and the choice of products more diversified. I loved it when it wasn't so much about fragrance, but more about bath products, laundry soap and body products.
