I ordered a number of products on August 31st. It is now November 16. I have spoke with them 6 times each time they seemed more confused as to the whereabouts of my purchase and if it was even shipped.
Was told I'd be getting an email to track package. Didn't happen. Called back 7th time and maybe this will be the lucky attempt.

I just can't comprehend how it has come to this..

Update. It is now January 9 2021.

Still not all items recieved. I had to call in again..8th time. 8 times !!!!

It's like they were hoping I forgot about the remaining items. Unbelievable.

Go through Lee Valley to get their products. Not direct.
