J'ai aimé le service qu'on a eu lors de l'installation. Les installateurs étaient gentils, sociable et souriant. L'installation était rapide, on eu des explications comment nettoyer les filtres à l'extérieur et comment faire fonctionner le A/C pour un bon fonctionnement de longue durée. En plus, nous allons avoir un remboursement de Hydro Quebec de 375$ pour l'achat. Très bon service! Je recommande.

Extremely happy with the work done by Nordsud to install a new Daikin heat pump+furnace. 5* without hesitation... quotation was professional and well priced, pre-work visit was on-time and quick and 1day install work went per plan with good technicians.

Exceptional service. Fast, very efficient. They are not afraid of work. Here the work is done in the attic and is terribly difficult to access. I am very happy to have found them. I had contacted three other companies before them, who never wanted to do the work they considered too complicated. They are the best. I referred them to an aunt who was delighted with the service and professionalism. A gold medal for them.
