    Bright, spacious and exceptionally well provisioned, this bilingual friendly, knowledgeable and professional establishment offers the kind of service that is almost unheard of today.
    The meat is of the first quality and offers excellent value. Preparation and cooking tips are offered where advice is requested, and the presentation of the product is five star.
    In all, Poirier's is a dream come true for chefs, foodies and cooks of every stripe.
