Appareils Menagers Ti-Bo

So far, so good. After a terrible experience with the first contractor (bad review coming), they took over some warranty work for Whirlpool and so far the experience has been very satisfactory. It is a family business and it was the father, Yvon, that showed up to do the work.

He seemed experienced and knowledgeable, friendly and willing to explain what he was thinking and doing. Our conversation was in French, so I can't assess his English, but my wife says his son, Pierre-Luc, was perfectly bilingual. His wife, Carole, answers the company phone and takes care of office business.

Yvon's work was quick and confident, he was careful with tools and parts on our new wooden floor. He explained what was done thoroughly and in plain language. So far, very satisfied with what they've done. It will take a few days to verify that the job is complete, i.e. the problem totally fixed. I will update my review at that later date.

UPDATE - It turns out that the fridge had an irreparable leak in the walls of the unit. I am thankful to AM Ti-Bo for quickly coordinating a replacement with the manufacturer and the retail store we purchased it from. There are subtle ways an experienced serviceman can "fast track" your request and increase your chances of approval and this is precisely what Yvon and Carole did for us. Thanks again to Ti-Bo, I can highly recommend these people as being knowledgeable and trustworthy. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again! FIVE STARS!!

They did a wonderful job at fixing my fridge - came when they said they would for the first visit and then discovered that the part that needed to be replaced was several hundred dollars less than what was originally ordered. Great Service and very Honest !!
